  1. Short:    Cleans up bvppc screen when AGA screen opens/closes

  6. CleanRun runs a command and protects the bvppc screen.
  7.  
  8. usage  : CleanRun <command +options>
  9.  
  10. example: CleanRun AddAudioModes DBLSCAN
  11.    (44khz without the screen going black)
  12.  
  13. if there is no command, CleanRun just cleans the screen
  14. (make a hotkey with CleanRun to get the wb screen back after
  15.  an AGA screen has opened/closed)
  16.  
  17. bugs: toolmanager docks dont refresh (help!?)

  20. What CleanRun does:
  21.  
  22.    1: open a window the size of the screen 
  23.    2: run the command
  24.    3: open a bvppc screen
  25.    4: close the screen
  26.    5: close the window
